Music begins as soon as gates open - arriving early means quicker entry and more time to enjoy the stages

Tickets

No name changes are required

Simply bring your ticket and a valid form of R18 ID

Pass Outs

There are no pass-outs

Once you enter, re-entry is not permitted

Police And Safety

Police may be present in surrounding areas and conducting roadside alcohol checks

Bag searches and intoxication checks will occur at the gate

If you arrive heavily intoxicated, you may be refused entry

Cashless Payments - Wayver

Skip the queues and top up your Wayver wristband ahead of time:

Select “I’M GOING TO AN EVENT” and enter your Flicket ticket number (or scan the QR code on your ticket)

Choose your top-up amount and complete payment

A badge will be created in your account showing your ticket number and credit balance

Present your ticket at the event - your balance will be automatically loaded onto your wristband

Food

A selection of local vendors and food trucks will be serving throughout the afternoon.

Water

Free water stations are available around the site

Please bring an empty water bottle to refill

Toilets

Large toilet areas, including urinals, are located toward the back of the venue.

Beat the heat and recharge in our shaded chill-out areas located throughout the festival.

Professional medical staff and paramedics (including an advanced paramedic) will be on site

If you or a friend feel unwell, seek assistance immediately

We encourage harm minimisation: hydrate, pace yourself, know your limits, and look after one another

Bags and Security

Bag checks will occur at all entry points

Any bag larger than a small purse must be coat-checked

The following IDs are accepted under NZ law:

Passport (must be in English)

Kiwi Access Card

HANZ 18+ Card

No other forms of ID can be accepted.If your photo is outdated or your appearance has changed significantly, please bring additional photo ID.

Lost and Found

If you lose an item, please visit Customer Service at the main gate and log it as lost.If your item is found, we will contact you using the details provided.

Any unclaimed valuable items remaining after 6 January will be handed over to the local police station.
